Whe finally have some new stock of high quality Mimosa after our supplies have been cut of due to COVID-19, for shipments to the US we changed our courier to DHL express. (transit time 3-4 working days)
We have good news for our costumers that prefer to buy domestically, our US warehouse wil restock soon with 500g powdered Mimosa.

For our UK & EU customers
Registered shipments shipped with DPD experience little to no delays, except for some parts of Northern Italy.
Transit time to UK: 2-3 working days
Transit time to the rest of Europe: 2-5 working days
New update 24-04-2020 for our US Customers
We have implemented a new premium shipping method with UPS for our US customers. It will cost $25 for a 3-4 day express. Shipments made to the major metropolitan area’s on the east coast usually receive their package the next working day. This shipping method is now available during checkout.
New update 20-04-2020 for our US Customers
The following information is not applicable for new orders that make use of our new shipping method
We have been informed by our courier that most (not all) orders made between 27-03-2020 and 20-04-2020 have been transported by sea freight instead of plane, simply due to the unavailability of freight planes. We have been told that the first boat will reach the US on the 4th of may. Which means all our customers that selected regular mail during the former period (cheapest shipping option) should take a transit time of 31+ days into account. Disruptions within the US to the USPS system could mean further delays.
We have been reassured by our couriers, and also by our customers, that our packages are being delivered but we are not able to monitor their progress.
At this point, all we are able to do is to ask for your patience and understanding. Until the global situation stabilizes and processes start to normalize, we are going to have to ask you to wait quite a bit longer for your order to arrive.
We would also like to explain how you can get the most recent tracking info on your order.
